This is the best stretch for hamstrings and glutes. try this gently you can use rope resistance bands or simple dupatta (दुपट्टा)or chunni (चुन्नी). Instructions: 1. keep your knee in a straight or Extension position 2. Drop your feet into the knee direction. 3. Keep Breathing 4. Don't overdo it keep it in your limits. 5. Understand your body.
